I’m Jeff Boyer, triathlon coach, strength coach, and someone who’s been in the same position you’re in.

For over 25 years, I’ve coached triathletes at every level, while also competing myself. Over time, I kept seeing the same pattern:

Athletes were putting in the work, swimming, biking, and running, but breaking down, getting injured, or never quite reaching their potential.

Not because they weren’t training hard enough.
They just weren’t durable enough.

The repetitive nature of triathlon takes a toll. When schedules get busy, strength training is usually the first thing to go.
